first saw this in a kytec catalog & then a couple yrs later being demonstrated by kelly pavlik in a ringside magazine. thinking about springing for one

$60 one looks a lot cooler.

They work well, we use them at my muay thai camp for both hands and feet when hitting the thai pads. Makes you tired a ton faster.

BTW the ones we have are basic resistance bands you can get at just about any sports store. You dont need to spend 50 bucks on them. They come in different resistance settings. The ones for your feet have a velcro wrap type thing that connects both feet together for resistance.

this video is odd cause his right hand returns kinda real low.
