Over the last few months I've put on 20lbs from eating too much fast food and drinking every weekend. The fast food I can part with but the drinking I cannot.
So whats my best bet for getting drunk while consuming the least amount of calories possible? My only idea was giving up beer and going straight to the liqour.

yes liquor would be your best bet. although its obviously not good for you, you consume a hell of alot less liquid. youre going to piss most of it out anyways, a light jog will get rid of the rest.

Stick alcohol(beer, liquor etc) up your ass.
The intestines will absorb it straight into you blood stream.

4 Minute workout before you go drinking. 20 seconds workout, 10 seconds rest, 8 times.
Then Vodka and orange juice(If you're buying your own liquor and juice, make sure its 100 percent natural orange juice)

I'm pretty sure straight liquor usually has as many calories or more than most beers, definitely light beers. Liquor may have less carbs but carbs do not equal calories, per se.

its not that big of a difference pretty much no matter what. you are a girl. workout harder/eat better or if you are really dedicated stop drinking.
