I liked dylan's so much i decided to start my own. I'm getting ready for a fight at the end of the year, so documenting this will hopefully motivate me. If i start slacking jump on my ass guys.
Last week I trained 4 days. Monday was some cardio and strength/explosive exercises. Tuesday I did some conditioning/rolling/sparring. Wednesday did some jogging for a few miles. Thursday did some more conditioning and rolling. Had a fresh guy every 2 mins for 10 mins straight to work up ground conditioning.
Today we did some circuits. Started off with jumping rope, shadow boxing, clench work, some thai pad drills, and gnp on a heavy bag. Then another circuit of speed bag, heavy bag, jump rope, sledgehammer, push ups, and then basically slow punches with weights. Each station got 3 minutes for a total of 12 mins w/ out rest. Then we moved onto some drills where we worked on blocking with our elbows.
