get a parachute. u cant "sprint" with 100 extra lbs, you could walk fast but definitely not sprint. Parachute is the way to go. About $40 at academy.

why buy all these expensive weight vests and parachutes before you even sprint by yourself. its a pretty tough chore by itself if done right....

You can sprint with 100 extra lbs... It ain't good for you and you gotta build up to it but its definately doable. I've sprinted with that much on me before. IT SUCKS

yeah definitely get used to sprinting first before making it harder.

Nay, I had a friend who used to run with ankle weights and his knee was permanately injured said the doctor said it was caz dah weights.
Even running without weights is bad enough for your knees... why try to mess it up even more?..

Do intervals - that is hard stuff. And excellent for burning fat (even better than just plain ol' distance running).
