Patrick Arnold is back again with Andro. It is not the same chemical structure of the old 1-ad...however Patrick Arnold has a good reputation in the supplement world. I don't think he would mess that up by putting out a sub-par product.

I am going to start a cycle of the 1-ad and see what happens, if I am seeing gains I will bridge into 11-oxo beginning of the 5th week then PCT, they recommend 6-oxo but I have Nolva just in case I need it. I will update this thread and possibly do a log.

This is day four of the cycle, I have been eating more, about 3700-4000 cals a day. I am not feeling any different. I have actually lost 1.5 pounds since starting.

I am up a 1/2 lb since yesterday. It is making recovery easier after some heavy workouts. I am working legs today so this will be a real test, I work legs HARD.

Yesterday I trained my legs harder than I ever have. Normally I get insanely sore from leg workouts. I think the 1-ad is helping with recovery. Plus I have been in a better mood.

Large increase in strength and stamina. I am now taking in 4000-4500 cals a day and 300 grams protein a day. I am up 2 1/2 pounds, no noticeable extra fat with the added calories. I am impressed with this product so far. No real sides either.

Still taking in many calories, I am maintaining my weight. I am not gaining so I am trying to eat more but I just can't eat that much. Strength is up, 10 pounds on bench press, 25 on squat, 5 on curls, 10 on military presses. Muscles seem to be harder. I think that for me at least 1-ad would be a very good cutter.

Worked arms yesterday. Felt lethargic all day...started lifting and boom I was killing it. Big time pumps in my biceps, tris, and forearms.

Today is an off day.

Shoulders, back and Abs today. It was difficult to have a good workout today due to a small accident at work. I was drilling a 4 inch hole in stainless steel with a hole saw, it bit and spun out and the handle hit me in the left pec and left a deep bruise. It hurts when I breathe. I did the best I could and worked through the pain. I hope that the pain goes away soon. I do not want waste any workouts.

I took three days off because of the accident. I worked legs today, so intense I puked halfway through. My chest still hurts a bit but I was able to work with it. I think that I should not have done a workout the day I hurt myself, I think that it may have worsened the injury. I think the 1-ad helped with the healing of the injury. It could also have been all the anti-oxidants I have been using...powdered greens...coq-10...resveratrol...and Pomegranite juice.

No thanks. At this point I'm down to take legal, non-steroid supplements and have sex like a porn star but I'll avoid the steroids and cameras for the time being.

The 1-ad is a legal prohormone that converts to 1-testosterone. H-drol also is legal, as well as m-drol, and a few others. With the 1-ad and H-drol they have mild sides and all you need is minimal PCT and support supps.

I am really starting to see gains now, recovery is so fast. The only side effect I have is I am having trouble nutting, not getting or staying hard, but ejaculating.

I am seeing some very nice gains, definition, and veins popping that I have never seen before. Patrick Arnold said that this compound is only 75% as effective as the original, then I would have liked to try the original.

Legs today. I nearly puked after a superset of squats.

Next week will be the last week of the 1-AD before I bridge into the 11-OXO. If the 11-OXO is as good as many of the logs on other forums say...I should drop a good deal of fat and water weight.

I was up to 191.3 on Friday morning then Saturday I was at 188.4. I wonder if I am losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. I do know that I am much stronger than when I started. I hope that I don't lose much of the gains I have made during PCT.

Holy crap!! This shit is really kicking in now. My arms are looking huge, my back is showing muscles I did not even knew existed. Veins popping everywhere. I am going to be sad when this cycle ends and I have to go back to hard gaining again.

I did not take any supps or bridge into the 11-oxo yet due to my stomach problems the last few days. I have maintained my protein intake and calories, I have not been able to keep it all down but I have been trying. I have felt better the last few hours and I think I will be able to begin the 11-oxo tomorrow. I have gained 9 lbs with this cycle so far. The 11-oxo is a cortisol blocker and is said to help lean you out.

No sir. The only thing I noticed was I could not ejaculate. I could get hard and stay that way but I could not bust a nut...and a bit of lethargy...Its very mild and the gains are kind of wet. I think it would be better stacked with something like H-drol or Epistane.

I have bridged into the 11-oxo since saturday. I have lost the water weight and am looking more vascular. I does not seem that I have lost any of my gains since the bridge and I actually think I am still gaining.

Animal Flex for joint pain....I have had knee pain since dislocating it some years ago

Resveratrol

GABA

Melatonin-taken before work out it is said to increase HGH production

Isopure whey (usually 250-300 grams a day various protein sources)

Flax seed oil

11-oxo bridge is over today. I am going into PCT I have 6-oxo extreme, other Ai's and a serm just incase.
