i seriously need to stretch. i've been doing sprints for the past week and my hip flexors are killed and pretty fucking tight. i also ran with a sore left groin and think i pulled it. i doubt i can get into those positions, but i'll try them.

i hate stretching. its the same cycle i stretch i become flexible then i get lazy and i get tight again.

just play rubber guard whenever you roll. If youre not flexible getting owned constantly will motivate you into getting and staying flexible.
Front and side splits help keep me nice and flexible. I do all the ones shown or some variation of them as well. Also practice the lotus position. Its when you sit indian style but your feet are on top of your knees instead of under them.

yea i keep re injurying my right groin. i am not sure what it is. but well i gotta just take time off. time to sit on a bus for a couple of hrs. soon

try and go as far down n do the splits, perfect for groin....do it every day and you can do the splits in no time =D
then do like those kung fu stretches, where you have your legs more than shoulder length, then lean over to one side.
