Power Gym (Door Mounted Exerciser)

Don't ever buy one of these.

I need something to do chinups and shit while at work because I no longer have time to go to the gym.

I thought that when mounted it would be maybe 1/2 a foot from the top of the doorway.

It's not.

It's about 2 feet, maybe 2 1/2.

The pictures on the box and on the workout sheet make it look like there's tons of room but they never actually show the floor and they are all shot at angles.

Long story short... from my knees I can grab the bar with slack.

Fuck.

It's still useable. But you'd be better off buidling/buying your own pullup station than wasting $40 on this shit.

it presses against the molding and the fronts of the doors and just stays... it's actually not all that bad if you are under 5 feet but i'm over 6... so it's bad, but workable

lol my friend got one of those and quickle returned it. then he got the one like jet posted which works pretty good.

make sure you have a sturdy door with moldings on all sides. the door i was using only had one on the top and left... and it just broke... fuck.

I have one of those, but it was alot cheaper and it works fine. I use it at the exit to my garage and so there is a litte bit of a drop off for my feet but my knees never touch the ground and I'm basically 6'1
