I don't have this but I read it at the local borders for about an hour. This and the Gracie submission book featuring Ryan were the best. In the book with Ryan it gives all types of drills for hand eye coordination etc, as well as work out techniques which really would guide a fighter along. I don't know the name of the Ryan book but if someone does... please let it fly. War big books of combat!
