I just went to the petyrol station and it costed me $1.98.4 cents/litre for fuel.
Admittadly that was for 98 octane but what the fuck.
10 litres for 20 bucks...my fuel gauge didnt even fuken move.

The price of fuel is getting outa hand thx to booming economies like China and its only gonna get worse.

fuck i feel the same way... they ain't gonna make me get rid of my V8!!!! if i can't afford to drive it, well then that mustang will sit in the driveway until i can.

in the middle of the US here, it's $1.06 per liter in st. louis missouri... that's for regular 87 octane. we don't use that pansy liter stuff though, we're big fat asses and we like the big fat gallons. which are 3.78541178 liters each.

the other night for the first time ever i saw $3.999 per gallon of 87 octane. HOLY SHIT! $4/gallon fuck that.

our dollars are different too btw... obviously.

not that far off though. 1 Australian dollar = 0.9518 U.S. dollars

holy shit you guys' have money worth more than us too now??? holy shit, we're gay.
EDIT: er no i read that backwards i'm a fagtard

i might just do that, but i'm keeping the mustang for like when it's raining and shit. not that a mustang is the best rain car, but it's better than a bike. i'd get a faster than shit bike too. maybe that harley with the chevy 350 stuck on it. nah, i'd get a top of the line kawasaki ninja or something similar.

I thank all you people that buy gasoline in record amounts...I work in the refineries and as demand climbs the refinery plans more work for optimizing production, plus running the equipment at 100% causes breakdowns that have to be repaired which means more overtime for me.

http://hsgac.senate.gov/public/_files/052008Masters.pdf

This is the recent testimony of Michael Masters before a Congressional committee re: the recent surge in oil and food prices. He's a Wall Street guy so he actually knows what he's talking about (sadly most of our politicians don't, and have never really had to). It's a good, informative read and for the most part is fairly straight forward.
