There has been some skepticism on MMA messageboards regarding the story wrestlingherald.com broke on Saturday regarding Floyd Mayweather and UFC's negotiations to bring Mayweather into the company, although Dave Meltzer and others have acknowledged the rumors.

To add to our story, fightline.com is also reporting that a source informed them that Mayweather has been in close contact with UFC President Dana White and the two sides are discussing, or have "potentially" finalized a deal. The story notes that their source has not been confirmed.
