View Full Version : WWE Talent Prefer To Work Smackdown, Stars Backstage

- WWE wrestlers are more willing to work on Smackdown rather than RAW, which wasn't the case in the past. Mid and undercard wrestlers prefer Smackdown because they feel they would have a better opportunity of moving up in the company.

The backstage feeling is that RAW lead writer Brian Gewirtz is primarily focused of the main even wrestlers and he has failed to create new stars since signing with the company.

- Ric Flair and Rey Mysterio were backstage at One Night Stand PPV. Mysterio was reported to be in good shape and he's listed for house shows in July.

When the Smackdown main event scene consists of basically Undertaker/Edge/Batista, there is plenty of room to move up.

i had the terrible misfortune of having nothing better to watch than smackdown last night. it was terrible. seriously the worst garbage wrestling show ive seen since the WCW way back in the pre-nitro days.

I guess that would make sense with only a few establish main eventers on Smackdown.
