I read and heard about black eyed kids, black eyed people. I've seen some people with large black eyes but they acted normal.

I don't know about but this...Some people say they are vampires or ghosts, and that they need your permission to let them in your car or house. I think this is just an urban legend, if you ask me. But if a sinister looking black eyed kid asks you to let him in your house just tell him no, and guide him/her to the nearest pedophile.

in regards to the story.. when the kid got angry.. i would've said "don't gimme that tone.. get the fuck outta here u little shits!"... but before that, i would've suggested them to get a cab

where do these stories usually take place?

I've mostly heard stories from people in the U.S. and Europe. I heard about a guy in London that meet a black-eyed girl; she wanted him to let her into a hostel. He was scared because she looked creepy and ultimately didn't let her in.

For the most part, all the encounters I've lerned about happened when people were alone.
