- Randy Orton broke his collarbone during his match with Triple H at One Night Stand. He was toss over the top rope and took a bad fall when the injury occurred. During broadcast Orton could be heard telling the referee about his injury, in which the announcers started selling it on broadcast.

Orton was taken to a room to be examined immediately following his match and then sent to the hospital.
