If such a thing as a documentary made for the grindhouse circuit existed, this would be it. Anton LaVey, the Church of Satan's "Black Pope," espouses his philosophy against a background of controlled environments -- some of them surreal, others disturbing -- all the while keeping the topic of Satanism well in frame. To fans and followers, this is a wonderful blast from the past. To the curious, this will be a weird little ride.
