Oh...
My bad. Its a Canadian commercial we grew up with and I knew HotNewton, living an hour and a half away and having the exact same channels, would have seen this at least once a day for a couple years straight after elementary school was over while eating cereal and waiting for the commercials to be over to watch more Batman.
