what you have listed are "beach muscles" and will do you no good martial arts or in real life except get you chicks.
biceps - curls, preacher curls, db curls, incline db curls, hammer curls, any variation of pulldowns and rows
shoulders (deltoids) - behind neck press, military press, clean and jerk, db shoulder press, wide grip upright rows, and any variation of the lateral raise
focus on compound exercises and never use machines (except for pulley ones).
Find out the most weight you can bench for 8-12 reps then do that every other day for atleast three sets.

best thing to do is power clean... or clean and jerk if you want to get good strength for mma.. it works on your explosiveness. thats what a lot of linebackers do to train.
I don't think he cares about power, I think he just wants to look bigger.

if you just wanna look buff
take proteins, veggie mix, fish oil, hmb, fiber, glutamine, multivitamin and more
do low reps of your maximum weight until failure, do 3 sets of each excercise

squat heavy and eat food, I can't believe their aren't any bodybuilders on this forum. The answer sounds easy but when you are squating/deadlifting heavy you literally feel like you are going to die. Research 20 rep squats, that exercise is responsible for more musle growth than any thing else bar none. I train people so I get this one all the time, if you want bigger arms then you have to get bigger everywhere the body grows as a whole, other wise every weekend warrior would have 20 inch guns from all of the curls that they do.

i used to bodybuild when i was younger and i am substantially smaller but one of the things that still remained are my bisceps. my shoulders and chest literally dissapeared when i dropped 40 lbs.
