-- The Friday before Backlash, Vince McMahon made the call to strip the Undertaker of the World Heavyweight Championship at the next week's SmackDown taping. The reason for the change is that it is believed that Edge works better as a champion than a challenger and Taker as a champion only works when he has a great challenger. Taker defending against Edge isn't much of a PPV money match and Undertaker vs. Batista has been done time and time again. A while ago, there was talk of Big Daddy V entering a big title feud with Taker, but that appears to be off the cards.
-- While training together at the School of Hard Knocks wrestling school in San Bernardino, Rob Van Dam took a short break to impersonate the Ultimate Warrior for a video on YouTube. You can see the video at this link, which also features Warrior's reaction to RVD's impersonation.
