- Today, Sean Waltman checked out of a rehab facility in Houston after a stay of more than three months. In a conversation over the telephone, Waltman says he is in a great mental state right now and is ready to 'take the next step' in his life. Originally scheduled to check out last month, Waltman chose to stay longer for additional care. He will continue to take part in the outpatient program in which is being paid for in full by WWE.
Waltman has stated that he has spoken with Triple H about returning to WWE in some sort of backstage capacity. Waltman has thanked Vince McMahon and the WWE for all their help and gave more props to long-time friend Kevin Nash for going out of his way to pick up Waltman in Mexico and take him to the treatment center.
