As above. I have an ankle injury and havent been to the gym and damn. My tee shirts which I used to fill up nicely, and the arm area all snug around my biceps/triceps now hang loosely and I'm so angry with myself.
All just in 3 weeks??
I get injuries pretty often so about 3-4 months, I go out of action for about a week or 2, and in this short period, my muscles also shrink like crazy.
Im friggin pissed, my ankles are not 100% yet (about 90%) but im going to the gym regardless.
I do get back in shape really fast though, say, about 6-8 sessions in the gym and im back to my old form. But I need advice as to why I'm shrinking so fast when I get out of action.
I have friends who just play basketball and they are ripped and they gym like just twice a week. Even if they get injured and get out of gym action for a month for 2, they still maintain the ripped look.
This is annoying me.
