People compare JC to RJJ. Theres no comparing JC's slaps to the bombs that RJJ threw

JC throws slapping punches but his hands are nearly as fast and so are his feet. There is a damn good reason hes still undefeated.

RJJ never fought anybody worth a shit either. Toney is his best win and I think Kessler could have pwned Toney's ass being as hes one of the most overrated fighters i've ever seen.
Kessler > Toney
Calzaghes 2 best wins better than RJJ's BEST win
EDIT: To Clarify do I think Calzaghe would BEAT a prime RJJ??? Probably not because RJJ threw at that speed with power. But most of RJJ's wins came against cans and his losses came to mediocre fighters as well. (Plus he was scared to give B-hop a rematch when Hop was in his prime.) So it is a possibility Calzaghe could swarm RJJ and overwhelm him as Roy has the very definition of a glass jaw and we never saw RJJ fight somebody that was anywhere near as fast as he was.
But if I had to put money on it I would say Jones by UD

And Calzaghe is nearly past his prime in doing it.

Kessler > Toney??? LOL, Kessler is a talented but protected European fighter who's only claim to fame is winning a few rounds against Calzaghe. Toney has won titles LITERALLY everywhere from middleweight to heavyweight, fought/called out all the best guys from middleweight to heavyweight, and had a lot of success doing it.
I understand you don't like Toney but common, don't be foolish. Toney is a legit all time great

Tony beat Ruiz for the Heavyweight title, (while roided)... Please don't even give me that. RJJ beat Ruiz BADLY and alot of other guys could beat Ruiz cause his style and talent are built for a smaller faster guy. Its not like Toney beat Wlad for the heavyweight title.
His two best wins are Nunn and Jirov (along with a draw against Rahman) - Barkley had been through war many times before Toney got to him and Barkley ballooned 20 lbs after the fight. Not the sign of a guy dedicated to regaining greatness...
Both Nunn and Jirov are good fighters but I wouldn't place either as great by any stretch. Barkley was great but Toney got to him after he blew his wad in wars. Toney is DEFENSIVELY 1 of a kind I will never take that away from him, but I as much as his style provided problems for many I think there are styles that would give him fits. Kessler, assuming he works his jab and keeps his distance would be one of those and also Calzaghes swarming style and good movement is another. Just my opinion but I think people look at Toney's career through rosey glasses. Based on his defense alone though he does belong in the HOF for all my anti-toneyness

Man summing up his career in 2 wins is really unfair to him. He beat a LOT of really good fighters of the time with a lot of different styles. Reggie Johnson (incredible slick, underrated southpaw, wins over Lamar Parks and Steve Collins), Merqui Sosa (huge puncher, rock hard chin), Barkley, old McCallum, Dewitt, Barkley, Williams, Thorton, two robberies against Montell Griffen. Not to mention going up to HW and beating solid fighters like Guinn, Booker and an old Holyfield, roids or not thats impressive.
Kessler is a talented guy but you gotta give the nod to the more experienced, battle tested guy whos fought every kind of style you can imagine and shown he can adapt and win. The only thing you can knock Toney for is his food addiction

Good posting - I disagree but great arguement - and you're right I think Toney did beat Griffen though I wouldn't call it a robbery
Beanflicker

Yeah robbery might be a bit strong, it just pisses me off how the judges chose Griffen's flashy, awkward, ineffective style over Toney's not once but TWICE. I've seen a lot worse, but Griffen didnt deserve either of those fights.
Guess it was just karma from the Tiberi fight which Toney really didnt deserve
