to build muscle mass..

Because I like the workout he does,. and it's great for fighting...but I don't know if this builds muscle mass or not..Because I'm a pretty thin guy..
like is it the same effective way as lifting heavy and doing about 5-8 reps?or what?

a little help...THanks in advance..

no. randy uses that because he doesnt want to get to heavy. since he stopped fighting he hasnt gotten huge (muscle) because he is a natural heavyweight

No, it increases endurance, the 5-8 if for bulk and any lower is just for strenth.

2 build mass ya .. but u need legs a lot more

You'll most likely need to do a separate workout for gaining muscle mass, Couture's training is more endurance

DONT BUILD MASS MASS. DO Olympic lifts do get explosive and do circuits and high rep to build oxidate and lactic acid energy systems strength. This is recommended by Randy and most sensible mma fighers.
