The whole workout takes place inside his car. All bodyweight exercises neatly around the car. Except for pushups outside the car.

View Full Version : Who needs a gym? Check out this car workout. TripleAAA 04-26-2008, 02:50 PM The whole workout takes place inside his car. All bodyweight exercises neatly around the car. I don't get the infatuation with "working out" when I work out I'm training for a specific goal such as maximal strength, explosive strength, etc. The workout presented in the video is good for endurance and increasing the metabolism(if the exercises are done rapidly enough) that's about it. If your goals are mass, strength, or power I wouldn't bother with a gimmick workout like that. Even if your goals are fatloss and endurance there are more convenient ways out there. TapOut136 04-26-2008, 11:11 PM How is this workout a solution to anything? The whole car gimmick is dumb. vBulletin® v3.7.4, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. |
