The whole workout takes place inside his car. All bodyweight exercises neatly around the car. Except for pushups outside the car.

clever... but the car looks huge, like a station wagon or a van but my point is that it's probably useless for the majority of us who probably don't have a vehicle big enough.

props for originality.

That was pretty goofy and alot of the exercises were too easy. I don't get the infatuation with "working out" when I work out I'm training for a specific goal such as maximal strength, explosive strength, etc. The workout presented in the video is good for endurance and increasing the metabolism(if the exercises are done rapidly enough) that's about it. If your goals are mass, strength, or power I wouldn't bother with a gimmick workout like that. Even if your goals are fatloss and endurance there are more convenient ways out there.

There are better alternatives. The whole car gimmick is dumb.
