every Kermit post is entertaining
one thing we should all consider is getting used to decent food instead of trying to find a replacement for those high-flavoured things so common in rank food.
One of my fave meals these days is a grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli, and a can of spicy lentils over the top as "sauce" - add any seasoning you want (ketchup, salt, pepper)
A crunchy asian salad with diced steak is also a beauty

For dinner last night I baked pork tenderloin in olive oil with fresh rosemary and thyme. I also fried some yellow potatoes in olive oil and herbs. Then I steamed some broccoli. Of course all organic unprocessed non gmo anti biotic pesticide and hormone free.
Things I posted before are all quality foods with high nutrient content minus the soda. I eat those bars as pre work out carbs.
For breakfast its cage free organic fed eggs and a yougurt smoothie.
