I'm 5'6 and 155 lbs. I'm fairly muscular and around 10% body fat. I train 6 days a week. Depending on the day, I could burn anywhere from 400-800 calories a day on exercise alone. I don't eat very healthy and I think this is my biggest obstacle on my weight loss. I'm not sure what food to eat, and what vitamins/supplements I should be taking daily. I'd like to be able to loose the excess body fat that I have right now.
I train BJJ and that is my primary excerise. On top of that I do cardio-endurance exercises I.E. sled pushes, plyometrics, running, and a bunch of other home-made goofy stuff. I don't lift weights. I primarily rely on BJJ for muscular strength.
I'm looking to loose about another 10-15 lbs. Any help would be appreciated.
