After that first round it's easy to think that you will easily grind out a win. Well lesson learned for the batman.

Pellegrino looked for a guillotine choke but Diaz escaped and went to guard with his back to the fence. Diaz passed to side-control and blasted away at Diaz's face with punches after trapping his left arm under his legs. The assault opened up a nasty cut above Diaz's right eye. Diaz survived the round, but took a beating.

This was the fight of the night for me so far. Here we had a lot of same elements as Griffin vs Edgar. Maynard really stepped up and it's crazy how he out wrestled Edgar. Randy has molded him into a mini me of himself lol. WAR MAYNARD!!
