at training few days ago we were playing this game called sharkbait(dont know what u guys call it but its just one guy in the middle and a person comes and trys to take him down and he he doesnt take you down he goes and the next person comes) and this small skinny 25 year old dude was like trying to spin me down to the ground and tripped us both up, he went crashing into the wall and smacked the back of his head on the wall , then i came in with this massive headbutt and broke his nose. man i feel so bad even tho it was a accident
