What are you looking for from your preworkout supplement? You looking for a product that will give you a better pump in the gym or something that will give you an energy boost in the gym.
My favorite preworkout drink is Vasocharge from Scivation. But i always buy the Scivation workout pack which also includes and intraworkout supplement Xtend which is awesome. Especially when your cutting weight, you take the Vasocharge preworkout which is a complete preworkout drink with arginine, betalanine, creatine and caffein. Arginine will help with the pump, the betalanine buffers carnosine ie lactic acid in the muscle and the creatine will help with strength in restoring atp. Caffeine obviously gives you a nice boost of energy. The Xtend is awesome, i love all the flavors i tried they taste great, you can sip it during a weight workout and also cardio. It's freeform amino acids which helps with the recovery process, basically amino acids are the reason you take protein, but free form amino acids go straight into the bloodstream vs. being digested. It also has citrulline malate which works in unison with the arginine for a better pump and glutamine which is supposed to help with recovery. Not a huge believer in the glutamine because you generally get enough through your diet but if Xtend didn't even have glutamine in it, it still would be an awesome product!!
You can get the workout pack at DPSNUTRITION OR NUTRAPLANET for about 50 bucks.

I think that caffiene and tuarine are good for energizing you befor a work out. I haven't experienced any cardio loss. But you do need to cycle off once in a while or you build a resistence.

The best rugby players in the world take caffeine as a supplement before a game. It sharpens your mind and also gives you an energy boost. Added benefits include increased fat burning and pain-killing (usually when I'm hungover).
The benefits decrease as you develop a resistance to it, though. Drink a strong black coffee before training and see how you go.

i Take MuscleTechs Nano Vapor 15 min before working out. It makes me feel like i need to lift something. It will help you lift intensely for around 2 hrs. I can pump out the cardio while taking this as well. If you take it and then workout hard you will have no after effects either and can fall asleep like a baby. N.O. Explode will keep you up though. Both are around 50$
