vladi is a really cool guy...funny thing was i htought he was gunna know lik,e no english bc in the ufc they always said he was belarussian and blah blah but he went to college in america and speaks perfect english

yo i have had the same problem since i joined bjj and graduated high schoo. the only good thing is that we are now sparing from standing so its slowly coming back
