Don't make it out to be anymore complicated that it has to be ya know bro? Assuming you have some fat to cut, you need to run more, and eat healthier, there isn't really much of a secret.

20 could end up being a lot in a months time, so if you have a deadline, you may need to cut a little towards the end, and thats where sauna's are great.

1. Cut calories and if you're serious get rid of the junk food in your diet.

2. Get in some cardio work, remember anearobic conditioning burns more calories than aerobic.

3.Use the follow link to learn how to cut water weight. It's intended for bodybuilding, but it's good info none the less.

one month to lose 20lbs isn't that bad like they said do a lot of cardio and watch what you eat. I would say do cardio twice a day 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon before your actual training. As for food I ate veggies, fruit and nuts with protein supplement drinks daily and ate a nice steak one day on the weekend for a treat...it was tough sticking to it but I lost 30 lbs that way in one month, gained it all back though because I injured my foot and arm in an accident and haven't been able to do much for about a year now...guess being in shape wasn't meant for me.

He doesn't really need to "lose" it all, he can just lose 10 and cut the rest.

Punching Power = using a heavy medicine ball and passing back and forth with a partner or using a sledge hammer and do over the head swings and hit a tractor tire, or something that could sub. as a tractor tire. -----(I also recommend watching some of chuck liddell's workout routines when training punching power)-------On the weight issue; watch your calorie intake and eat a lot of greens (raw veg. etc.)// cut the rest off through wise exercise, like Zere said
