in october I came an inch away from tearing my ACL, it hurt skating, i took about 2 months off hockey, then i got a wicked cold for my entire xmas holidays, i got back on the ice my knee still hurt alot, now my knee finally is 100 percent
But I was in so much pain skating, after the games and practices I took ALOT of time off, only resting my knee, and practically only doing what i have to do, I got a little gut (I am actually ripped) Right now I want a full day training schedule to get back into shape for fighting and hockey, I HATE MY FUCKING GUT (I want my little gut gone in about 2-3 weeks)
Anybody got a full day training schedule to get rid of this nightmare? (I lift weights alot so..)
I should point out im young and athletic so dont remove 1 part of the schedule cause you think "I cant do it"

my wrasslin workout used to be when i was in season this...
6-630am run sprints
630-730 hard lifting (during season i did low weight high amountsof reps)
810-220: school... maybe get a some sprints or a lift in during off periods
245-615: wreslting practice (drilling, live wrestling, conditioning)
8-930: either a hard lift (on even days)or long distance run (on odd days)
i ate alot of small meals thorughout the day only protein or carbs plus alot of fruits and vegetables...NO SODA!!!
the second i swtihced over to season mode i went from my starting weight of 157 to 130 in 10 days without dehydrating

this may sound weird but... i dont go to school right now, i homeschool because i got in alot of shit at school, lol what should i do instead of your school schedule?

Well my knee feels really good now, but I will have alot of injuries in the future :( lol , but thanks next time i get injured ill look into that
