I had JMM winning 7 rounds to 5, which factoring in the KD would have him winning by a point. It was a close fight though, I can see arguements for both sides and I really hope there is a 3rd fight.

ItBurnzWhenIP 03-16-2008, 06:38 PM I had it 6 - 6 but Pac had the KD WAR PACMAN Obi Narb Kenobi 03-16-2008, 07:40 PM 113-114 jmm good fight close fight but if i see pac beat another mexican super star i'm going to be pissed beyond any level of pissed i've ever seen ItBurnzWhenIP 03-16-2008, 08:10 PM 113-114 jmm good fight close fight but if i see pac beat another mexican super star i'm going to be pissed beyond any level of pissed i've ever seen Theres no more left to beat. Pac has killed all the mexican Hero's except Castillo and hes so past his prime even with the weight difference it would mean nothing. Castillo also failed to make weight for a 140 lb fight a few weeks ago AGAIN ItBurnzWhenIP 03-16-2008, 08:13 PM I guess you can say Juan Baby Bull Diaz and Julio Diaz at lightweight are still there - but they aren't any kind of mexican heroes by any means PINOY POWER ItBurnzWhenIP 03-16-2008, 08:17 PM Oh and on another note if anybody saw the undercard fight of Luevano vs Terdsak Jandaeng - this is what would happen with RJJ vs A. Silva. Silva could maybe land a big punch for a knockdown but RJJ would outbox him for 12 rounds and win a lopsided decision MMAsterkillah 03-16-2008, 08:25 PM I had Pacquiao by a round (plus the knockdown, so two points). The fight was close, but Pacquiao had more legitimate power shots. I thought Marquez would have to knock him down or out in the 12th to win the fight. I thought Marquez would have to knock him down or out in the 12th to win the fight. I think Marquez landed more clean power shots - but the difference is like each power shot Manny throws is thrown with bad intentions. Any power shot Manny lands is very damaging - As Marquez's shredded eye will attest to ItBurnzWhenIP 03-16-2008, 08:32 PM I might have missed somehing... I thought marquez had the nasty fuckin cut over his right eye... I thought Pacs was under the eye but i've been looking for a picture and everybody is saying it was Pac's eye that cut bad - I might have selfpwnted ItBurnzWhenIP 03-16-2008, 08:37 PM Nope finally found an image of Marquez's right eye - I was right, Pac took the cut caused by the headbutt and Pac fucked that shit up MMAsterkillah 03-16-2008, 08:40 PM I think Marquez landed more clean power shots - but the difference is like each power shot Manny throws is thrown with bad intentions. Any power shot Manny lands is very damaging - As Marquez's shredded eye will attest to I didn't mean it in boxing terms. I tried to emphasize the true meaning with "legit". Marquez power shots are still strong, but he doesn't have the natural pop that Manny does... nobody I can recall at that weight does. With his power shots, Manny caused a lot of damage. They landed a very similar amount of statistical power shots, and Manny's were more damaging in my eyes. I can certainly see others opinions, as I often have different perspectives from common though with my boxing scores. ItBurnzWhenIP 03-16-2008, 09:01 PM ^I agree completely with this assessment Resin 03-16-2008, 09:40 PM I'm no judge but i had Marquez by 1 round..... I thought it was a rip off and im glad i didn't spend a penny on that fight WAR channel 3 ( Mexican station ). I was pretty sure the only way Marquez would of won that fight is if he would of knocked him out since they were in Las Vegas. Good day :) cmrt 03-17-2008, 01:39 AM At first I had Marquez winning the fight 114 - 113, but as i reviewed the fight I have to say I change my decision I had Pac winning 114 - 113, here is my scoring per round, Round 1 : 9 - 10 Marquez Round 2 : 9 - 10 Marquez Round 3 : 10 - 8 Pac Round 4 : 10 - 9 Pac Round 5 : 9 - 10 Marquez Round 6 : 9 - 10 Marquez Round 7 : 10 - 9 Pac....this could have gone any other way ( Marquez looks aggressive at this round but Pac Blocks most of his punches with his gloves and forearms. and landed the more telling blows ) Round 8 : 9 - 10 Marquez Round 9 : 10 - 9 Pac Round 10 : 10 - 9 Pac Round 11 : 10 - 9 Pac... this could have gone any other way ( Pacs punches are more telling in this round ) Round 12 : 9 - 10 Marquez (It was pretty even but the 10 - 8 3rd round was the difference that give Pac the nod ).. Beanflicker 03-17-2008, 02:49 AM Ahhh well either way it was a close fight, Pac is awesome, JMM is awesome, make the 3rd fight guys. For the record, in my eyes JMM has beaten Pac twice! On the subject of cuts.... yeah that was nasty! I think JMM got a small cut with a headbutt, then cut Manny with a punch the next round, then manny ripped JMM's small cut WIDE open with a left hand. Does anyone remember when theyh were working on JMM's cut in the corner and something (either stuffing or a piece of flesh) fell out of the cut? You could hear Harold Lederman groan in disgust. What a nasty gash ItBurnzWhenIP 03-17-2008, 03:58 AM Ahhh well either way it was a close fight, Pac is awesome, JMM is awesome, make the 3rd fight guys. ItBurnzWhenIP 03-17-2008, 04:48 AM WAR Masta very very true.... You need to check out ALL 3 Rafeal Marquez (JMM's little bro) vs Israel Vazquez fights chop 03-17-2008, 05:16 AM I gotta download this tonight, I havent watched much boxing lately I havent even seen the full Hatton/Mayweather fight yet they take so long to download for me, Ive had to just watch my old boxing dvd's over and over WAR HEARNS Jim 03-17-2008, 08:52 AM i had it a draw. There was no winner IMO.It was back and forth with several momentum shifts thruout. I just hope theres a 3rd fight headwound 03-19-2008, 12:00 PM 114-113 paq.need a third fight fo sure Cameron 03-28-2008, 02:41 PM Oh and on another note if anybody saw the undercard fight of Luevano vs Terdsak Jandaeng - this is what would happen with RJJ vs A.
