He hated being the blue blazer.
I went over to my buddy Dave's to watch this event on PPV (I think) and the feed cut out for like 20 minutes. We were the most confused kids ever that night.
Plus we had RAW tickets for Toronto the following week and the show was cancelled. =(

What we saw on the T.V was Owen falling from the ceiling and then landing neck first on the turnbuckle. Then the feed cut out.

Are you actually still into wrestling? Or is this because you're reading Brett Hart's Bio?

Brett Hart's bio. He talks about all the time they spent together and the angles they did and everything.

I suggest the book to anyone.

No thank god.

They never showed it on tv, despite what Robot said. Only the people in the arena saw it.

It was many years and many drinks ago.. I might be embellishing but I have a memory of when I was 13 or how ever old of the blue blazer smacking his neck on that post. We were way to young to be smoking pot.

The cogeco feed in St.Catharines cut out. I remember because we were really excited to see the Big Boss Man and one of my friends (I distinctly remember!) said that the big boss man got the dents in his nose from trying to rececitate Owen Hart while the ppv cut out. Then my buddy's dad said it was from his sunglasses. He was a really dumb kid, like proper stupid. Thats like the only thing I remember from that evening 11 years ago (or so). That and it was a black box, which is the first time I ever saw a black box (until college.. yeeaow).

Yeah in Bret Hart's book he said Owen landed on the ropes and with such an impact that the ropes were loosened and the ring was fucked up.

He didn't die instantly, either, unfortunately. His aorta was cut and his lungs slowly filled with blood, over 20 minutes, drowning him.

Apparently after it first happened, Owen tried to get up to show the fans he was okay but he couldn't.

Bossman is dead now as well. Bret talks about every famous wrestler that died during his career. Ridiculous. So fucking many.

Have you seen the shoot interviews with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall on you tube? They talk about getting fucked up on pills on the road, fights with the cops, how they ran the wcw from a scripting/content related department. It's a good listen whether you're a wrestling fan or not.

Bret Hart talks a lot about them in his book. Nothing very nice to say about them either. LOL.

You should buy it.
