hi there im 19 an weigh 11 stone an train mma what should my diet consist of an what foods should i stay away from
i train about 4 to 5 times a week
if possible would someone be able to plan me a diet

No offense man, but most of this stuff is already in threads. Just use the search function.


As a general answer, stay away from processed foods, excessive sugars, and fried garbage.

Balance your diet between protein, carbs, fruits/vegetables.

For specifics look to previously made threads.

5 meals a day, a complete protein at each meal and a vegetable at each meal. basic guidelines.
