What is the easiest way to copy a DVD on the MAC? He mentioned trying something like TOAST and HANDBRAKE I believe but couldn't get it to work. I know nothing about MAC's so..... Please help

I believe you can use Itunes as well.

There are a few things you can do. Either the aforementioned fastdadcopy or grab DVD2OneX and use that to rip the dvd and compress it down to a single layer dvd (if it needs to be compressed) It will also remove any encryption. Then burn the output of that with Toast or any other burning application.
