Add Judas Mesias, Rellik and strangely Dustin Rhodes (Black Reign) to the list of TNA talent that are working without contracts and are being paid per appearance by the company. A lot of the new talent that come in work per appearance until TNA decide they want them on a regular and exclusive basis.
There are several reasons why this happens:
A) It's better for the worker financially to work per appearance as they can wrestle Indy dates.
B) TNA haven't decided on if they want to invest long term in the talent, aka they may just job a few times on TV.
C) Negotiations are ongoing
D) Or in the case of Dustin Rhodes, they don't want to invest in somebody that has had personal issues in the past that caused problems for the company.
