He's foughten guys that actually have passable records to fight a newbie like Gamboa.
They are alot more experienced than him, and yet he's been knocking them mofos out in the first 2 rounds. Scary what he might become.

I just watched his fight with Edward, man that guy is something to watch. Its a shame he started pro so late. Another guy IMO to watch out for is Vernon Paris, who is like 18-0 now but is only 19 years old. Its good to know that there is always fresh new talent coming into boxing, these guys are the future.

I saw Vernon fight Chris Byrd's brother Patrick and tear him apart in the first round. Patrick obviously aint world class like his brother but being a Byrd he knows how to handle himself in the ring.

his management team are rushing the kid too much for a world title fight.
they want the big pay day so much.
paris is 20 years old, he's still a kid.
he needs more experience.

I agree actually. He looked kinda lackluster against his last opponent, now he's fighting Stevie Johnson, who I guess is well out of his prime but is still a very good fighter. It'll be interesting to see how Vernon looks.

But yeah hes 20 years old, he has so much time to learn and grow.

I think he has some serious balance issues he needs to work on though. Tends to overcommit on a lot of his shots, but those are things that can be fixed. So much natural talent for that age!
