Testimonals

I have been training in martial arts for about 17 years and I hold black belts in Shotokan Karate and Kodokan Judo. I've trained with Bernie for about 2 years and during that time it was mostly in the grappling side of MMA. Bernie is an excellent instructor with a solid knowledge of ground fighting. He runs very physically challenging training sessions combined with technical instruction. Bernie loves to roll and neither the size nor strength of his opponents affects his style of grappling. His understanding of positioning and space allows him to make effective use of size over strength when he grapples. I am looking forward to getting back on the mats with him in the
Paul King, Edmonton Ab.

I am a 15 year student of the martial arts holding black belts in Karate and traditional Ju-Jitsu under Master Jeff Cook of the Sarasota Budo Club. I also hold a blue belt ranking in BJJ under Charles Dos Anjos who runs an affiliate school of Royce Gracie. This summer, while visiting Canada for 2 months I came to meet with Bernie Antle. While training with Bernie I learned many new techniques and applied them during free sparring time. I found Bernie's workouts to be extremely challenging and rewarding. As I am an instructor at the Earl Harris Karate Academy in Valrico Florida, I have documented many of Bernie's teachings as they are worthy of teaching my students. Thank you Bernie for awesome instruction and I look forward to next summer.

I've been training in the martial arts for over 10 years. Various training styles include Karate, Tai Kwon Do, Boxing and Mauy Thai kickboxing. I've always been interested in training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and when I actively started looking for a school the Innisfil Combat Club was the first on my list. Bernie's experience in BJJ, Sambo and judo - mixed with his modern "real life" teaching style makes his classes not only physically challenging but a very practical, enjoyable learning experience.
