what the fuck? that is chain grappling at its best, ut i think a few of those subs are hard to hit on really tough experienced guys, but thankfully there are like ten more subs ready to be used right after

we used to drill like that all the time when i was training bjj, it makes the moves more like second nature to you and you don't think about them as much when rolling
