do excercises you dont see often like digging a hole and filling it back up or throwing a medicine ball in the air and catching it

For your hans I would suggest a powerball, wrist roller and heavy duty crushers (ironmind.com).
I always get ganglions and cysts on my wrist which in turn made it very weak. These three excercises along with towel chin/pull ups helped me loads and for the aesthetic side of things my forearms are now much bigger.
I used to do some excercises for my ankle cos I ripped a few ligaments. It's difficult to explain and its very low intensity and high reps. If you have any problems or pain, ask a physio or sports doctor.

one theory out there in the lifting world is that doing big compound exercises like bench press, squat, deadlift, and power cleans would help. it's because these exercise cause more stress on your nervous system, thus more growth hormone is temporarily released. and growth hormone can grow the tendons and ligaments (as well as muscles, bones and other things)...not sure if this works, but hey its science and science is always right
do natural exercies like yoga for that
