I was 15 when i got that game and man did play it. i loved that game. greatest eva IMO. Only game that made me cry. (i cried my eyes off when aeris died). good memories. if you have never played you have missed alot.

FF7 was very good but nothing beats my favorite in the series which is 6. I loved how they didn't have one solid main character so you got to know all the characters on equal grounds.

6 to me is the best final fantasy. 7 stands out because of the story and no other game was like that at the time of its release.

4, 5, and 6 were the best. The whole materia concept sucked.

Although there were some BRUTAL combinations. Added Effect + Contain + 4X Cut.

i read somewhere that they're making a remake of it for PS3. I think it was EGM, rumors are rumors though

Kefka is like the saddam huisen of final fantasy.

I loved the materia system, but it seemed to make every character feel the same in battle.

Yeah I played it to death when I was at highschool. I remember for one of the weapons, through whatever combination (people coming back to life and knights of the round going off) I only pressed about 4 buttons the entire fight.

Final Fantasy is not like Kingdom Hearts and not anime either.

7 was good, but I was heart broken when my favorite character died. So I have to stick with 8 since my favorite character did not die.

FF VII was great! I especially liked the characters - a nice variety.

probablly one of the greatest RPGs of all time, but something made me like 8 better, and now 12, i think 12 blows it out of the water
