Timing is everything, and I tend to agree with you; it's smooth alright, but doesn't look like it'd be practical in competition.

i pulled it off against the biggest rookie we have at our gym last night from the knees. i also got in trouble from my insturctor. how ever it wasnt nearly as smooth as the vid.
