Whether he produced it, made it or whatever...

I think Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg.. He produced it with Dazz...

than the Chronic.. Pure Brilliance..

Dr. Dre is a bitch who steals all his beats and has "real emcees" ghostwrite all of his lyrics. Why do you think we haven't seen the supposed Detox album....
Because it is harder now than ever to clear "samples", or to steal and get away with it. just look at timbaland who is facing mutiple lawsuits.
Plus he doesn't have snoop or feminem to ghostwrite all his lyrics.

Even if he does sample a lot of beats and use ghost writers he's still producing a sound that hasn't been replicated to this day. His influence reaches to pretty much all MC's to come after him in some way or another. To answer the question, doggystyle

His influence does NOT reach all emcees...thats laughable. First of all he's a mediocre producer at best. And as far as skills on the mic, they are below average.

NWA : Rode Ice Cube and Eazy E's coattails.
Chronic & Doggystyle : Rode Snoops coattails.
The Aftermath : We'll just pretend that album doesn't exsist.
Chronic 2001 : Rode Eminems coattails.

Don't get me wrong the guys has an eye for talent. But lyrically he is weak as fuck. It's a fact that he doesn't write any of his own lyrics. And behind the boards, he's a little above average.

Yes Eazy was part of NWA, along with Ice Cube, Dre, MC Ren, and Yella.

And no Dr. Dre had absolutely nothing to do with Eminem's first album.

Eminem's second album The Slim Shady LP has 3, maybe 4 Dr. Dre produced tracks out of 20.

Who has notable quotes such as
"I still express, yo, I don't smoke weed or sess
Cause it's known to give a brother brain damage
And brain damage on the mic don't manage"

And then 2 years later comes out with an album called "The Chronic"...
Dr. Dre is a steriod induced tool.

Chronic 2001, I bought it when I was like 14 and its still one of my favorite rap albums. Its just amazing, the beats are awesome, collabs galore. Great great album

From what I heard Ice Cube wrote allthe lyrics for that song and Dre just recorded them. But even if thats true, its still pretty weak that he didnt write his own lyrics
