Hey guys just wanted to share an intresting experience of mine. Well i wouldnt think of a dream as an experience but let me tell you about it anyways.

So where should i start? Arrrggghh frustrating here it goes.

About 3 days ago i was watching a movie and and decided to drink a glass of alcohol (even though i cant drink beer because i pass out immediately even if i just drink a cup of it). However i really wanted to taste it because i have forgotten the taste of it (Sounds silly huh? But korean people are like that).
After i drank i fell asleep on the carpet and i began to dream. I was suddenly on an rocky island and the sea was very dark blue. On that island i can see myself from a third person view talking with a dark haired asian lady. Her face had alot of moles and her hands were like those of an old women but still she had an young face. And with her she carried a basket filled with oysters. And after that i woke up.

I remember the dream because i was thinking about it all day after work. But when i went to my moms house yesterday to get her vitamins to her. I saw the picture of the same women i saw on my dream the other day hanging on the living room of my moms house! When i asked her about it, she said that she just hunged it up there just before i got there!. The picture was the same lady that was in my dream holding the exact same basket on a beach background. So i asked my mom who that was and she told me that the lady on the beach was... her!. My mom!

Well i just wanted to share that with you guys. Sorry if that bored you.

Wow, that wasn't boring at all. Very interesting. It's like you were astral traveling to the past or something. I believe there are books on things like that; where you can control your dreams. I think it's called lucid dreaming.

Thanks for the post. Good read.

thats odd but rather interesting. i think dreams can sometimes be a small window into the future. i believe that is what deja vu is most of the time

good read... I hate Deja Vu... it drives me nuts... then having to explain to people that this has happened before... my Deja Vu is always useless shit though... making and Peanut Butter Sandwich when somebody says something and it clicks.... I'd at least like to have something cool happen

I have wicked deja vu every since I had 2 1/2 years of seizures...

I'll post some shit sometime, but it probably won't make a bit of sense.

Dude, does your mom have the moles and aged hands, or are they as youthful in the pic as they should/would be when she were young?

I'm curious, as I often have dreams that "come to life", some as simple as the pic you explain in yours, others that I have repeatedly, and take quite some time to interpret. Occasionally, I have a dream only once, and the event takes place within a matter of days of the dream. The ones that I have repeatedly are much more complex, usually involving life and/or death. Those are the ones that disturb me.

One thing I noted that I also experience; you are in the third person. I do that quite often, and in most instances, the event in the dream is happening to ME, but when it is played out in real life, it involves someone very close to me. For instance, my son was hit in his first vehicle (a truck), and when he called to tell me about it, he didn't have to tell me where the other vehicle actually hit him (I already knew), but I also knew the color and make of the vehicle. He didn't question how I knew, I've been doing that for many years.

Hmmmmm. I'd be very interested in hearing - even it if it may be non-sensical, and about how/why the seizures may be involved.

I have seen glimpses of the future a few times.

I have seen glimpses of the future a few times.
Were these glimpses while you were dreaming, or just a conscious visual view?
I understand it is an ability all have; some are just more aware and experience it more.

Deja vu is when they change something in the matrix.
