LOL. What's up with 360s? 60% of the time when people talk about them it's because their 360 is busted up or broken down or getting replace for the 20th time.

I went to a Gamestop in my area to decide on either getting a PS3 or getting some new 360 games. I talked to the sales guy, but he wasn't really much help. I told him I had a Wii and 360 and also mentioned on buying a PS3. He told me that backwards comp. wasn't anything great, but I told him there were a bunch of old games I still wanted to play. Then I asked about the warranty. Microsoft has a 3 year while Sony 1. He kept on telling me to get a 360 and Bioshock. I told him I had both of those. He told me like 4 times to get a 360 because it's better and get Bioshock. I ended up leaving and not figuring out what I want.

The main idea though, is PS3 is just a blu-ray player. There is no games on it that I want. I already own the same games for my 360. Plus, there isn't any games that really run at 1080p. I was surprised by this. So, when it is all said and done, 360>PS3.

They have a high failure rate because Microsoft kind of rushed it to be the first next gen console out. Getting a head start on everyone is good, but having this many problems must be killing Microsoft right now. They offer a 3 yr. warranty to help resolve this problem, though.

I hope that these problems are worked out already and "Ultimate" works great.

That is cool about the 3 year warranty and all but.... what if like your DVD player or TV broke down as much as the 360 does. That would suck hard.

backwards compatibility is amazing, old ps1 games like wild arms are better than 99% of the new games out there

The PS3 library is growing with such great games as wipeout HD, Metal Gear Solid 4, Heavenly Sword, Gran Turismo, Tekken 6 and Final Fantasy of course

PS3 online is free

PS3 does not have a 50% failure rate like the 360 which is the worst disaster in gaming history, sony knows how to make hardware

the PS3 controller recharges so you dont have to swap out batteries all the time

360 controller's recharge, HD is almost dead, PS3 library consists of 360 games and future exclusives will be on both consoles, PS3 is free, but clunky online, and the resolution is still low for the PS3 being a better system.
