Funny how the Youtube clip starts AFTER Blitzer read the quotes from Ron Pauls news letter. HAHAHA. Is that editing for politcal purposes? Hmmmmmm...

I personally do not believe that RP is a racist, but if you're going to post a clip you should at least show both sides of the story.

Do you work for Fox?

But this issue speaks to a greater truth about RP's political philosophy. HIS newsletter contained racist comments, but he "doesn't know who wrote it" and used a million excuses about "the editor and the publisher and I don't know who they were and there was a transition going on and people coming and going and I don't know"... And this is exactly what will happen to our country if him and his naieve "anti-regulation" beliefs. This fucker is such a Libertarian that he didn't even think it wise to regulate and micro-manage his own newsletter!!! HAHAHAHA!!! See what happens when you don't regulate, Ron?

We mock Bush for not paying attention to the Intelligence Estimates given to him on Sept 9th that said an attack was imminent, what would happen if RP was in power? Fucker doesn't even read his own shit AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! TOTALLY shirking his responsiblity. "Well, I had a medical practice going on at the time and I was going around doing a lot of stuff..."... OH so because you had "other responsibilites" you can't be held responsible for your own newsletter? BULLSHIT!!! The buck certainly doesn't stop with RP.

I don't believe he's racist, but he's clearly out of touch with accoutability and responsibility and, uh, doing his job.

Senile old man.

You are talking about news letters from 20 years ago that he wasn't involved in while he was traveling around the country giving speechs and runing a medical practice at the same time.

How can believe some one is racist who's heros are MLK jr. and Ghandi???

I didn't edit the clip it was just the highwst quality one I could find.

And Bush knew 9-11 was going to happen. Why else would he have made the CIA pull back off Usama and the whole Bin Laden family? Some one getting to close?

I'm at work and don't have my resources here but if you study the facts not even conspriacy theories you will find at best 9-11 was allowed to happen to further political agendas or its was planned and excuted in conjuction with the United States governement.

NAACP President: Ron Paul Is Not A Racist
Linder says Paul being smeared because he is a threat to the establishment

Austin NAACP President Nelson Linder, who has known Ron Paul for 20 years, unequivocally dismissed charges that the Congressman was a racist in light of recent smear attempts, and said the reason for him being attacked was that he was a threat to the establishment.

Linder joined Alex Jones for two segments on his KLBJ Sunday show this evening, during which he commented on the controversy created by media hit pieces that attempted to tarnish Paul as a racist by making him culpable for decades old newsletter articles written by other people.

"Knowing Ron Paul's intent, I think he is trying to improve this country but I think also, when you talk about the Constitution and you constantly criticize the federal government versus state I think a lot of folks are going to misconstrue that....so I think it's very easy for folks who want to to take his position out of context and that's what I'm hearing," said Linder.

"Knowing Ron Paul and having talked to him, I think he's a very fair guy I just think that a lot of folks do not understand the Libertarian platform," he added.
Asked directly if Ron Paul was a racist, Linder responded "No I don't," adding that he had heard Ron Paul speak out about police repression of black communities and mandatory minimum sentences on many occasions.

Dr. Paul has also publicly praised Martin Luther King as his hero on many occasions spanning back 20 years.

"I've read Ron Paul's whole philosophy, I also understand what he's saying from a political standpoint and why people are attacking him," said Linder.
"If you scare the folks that have the money, they're going to attack you and they're going to take it out of context," he added.

"What he's saying is really really threatening the powers that be and that's what they fear," concluded the NAACP President.

i don't think you read bruce's post at all. he said that he didn't believe that ron paul is racist at least twice.

your argument about ron paul not being involved with his own affairs reaffirms Bruce's main point. reread it.

you then went on a tangent about 9-11, which is of little relevance when it comes to ron paul.

i think it's cool that you're so 'informed' and active with what you believe, but you're never going to be taken seriously if you keep coming off as dull as you do.
