I enjoy lifting weights in a bodybuilding type fashion for appereance reasons. It seems like most martial artist don't do bodybuilding workouts.
My question is will my bodybuilding workouts which I use to get big and look sexy hurt me when it comes to martial arts??

No probably not. As long as you stretch you will remain flexible. You may notice (after you get alot bigger) that you're slower. To fix this all you need to do is use more explosive exercises like jump squats push press/jerks and various plyometric drills.
Other than that the added mass should help with striking power and while grappling.

uggghhh, people assume that once you start doing bodybuilding workouts, all of sudden you will be bulky and massive.
Its all in your diet, not weightlifting. You can lift whatever you want, if you don't eat you won't get bigger.
and yes I think it will affect your performance.
Bodybuilders train to look good, however when it comes to sport, its useless.
Ever heard of functional strength??
