that stuff is shit bro even if it wasnt expired
this is just my opinion but I would stick to protein shakes that dont have a million funky things in them, if you want to add something like creatine or taurine for example add it in to your plain protein shake and see how your body reacts to it

Supplements are bad, they are FRAUD.

yeah honestly man if you are buying supplements I'd stick to mrp's (meal replacements) & protein from reputable brands. I like labrada since they test independently but hear met-rx and eas are ok.
for straight protein shakes make sure its got more than just whey as its protein source. designer protein is pretty well thought of for proteins.

The Met-rx Colossal 100 bars are good because in addition to the extra protein they have vitamins and minerals added in. However they have lots of sugar.

DUDE...take it from me that muscletech products work like a mothafucka. when i was in da army, i was like 155 when i started my powerlifting training. when i started loading up and cell tech and nitro tech, i easilly gained 10 lbs in bout 6 days. that shit does wonders.
but it's always better to do it naturally, and if you wanna tak something, like the above; protein shakes, mrp, bars, they help out a lot. i wouldn't mind getting a sponser from a company like MUSCLETECH...that would be a dream come true for me.

I dont know about muscle tech b/c I have never used it. I have used and like labrada and designer protein, and to a lesser extend eas and met-rx.
I said start w/mrps b/c they have proteins, carbs, vites and minerals to feed muscle. its a waste of your workout and $ to go with creatine etc instead.
I'd go w/creatine in addition to but not instead of mrp's & proteins

I'm not opposed to using creatine but its best to add it in seperately so you know for sure what the effects feel like.
I mean if you take something with 50 different types supplements in it and you start feeling shitty you arent gonna know which of the 50 are making you feel like shit.
Thats what happened to me when I was using musclemilk from cytosport, it gave me some weird heart palpatations, Im not sure if it was from the taurine or the creatine precursor
I read on a forum about the creatine peptides or whatever they were called were linked to cardiac episodes so I sorta figured it musta been the muscle milk that was doin it and sure enough when I switched to a regular plain protein powder that shit went away
anyways just be careful, supplements arent tested well enough for the long term imo

yeah thats what I was trying to say. using creatine without getting your basic protein, carbs, vites etc is like buying rims when you only have 3 wheels.
a lot of supp's are poorly designed/made so they dont have what they claim to have or include a lot of suspect shit in them which is why I stick to designer & labrada.
