Al Jazeera english, will give you an Arab perspecitve and approach of news. Also for pure objectivety I would focus solely on Fox News.
Also most quality broadsheets will have a balanced, but somewhat limited biased views. It;s allways best to mix and match, ie. FT, Herald Tribune, the Independant, Guardian, etc...

yeah, the news is bullshit. whatever the stations corperate agenda is, that is the direction the news will sway. i remember when they had that march over the summer for immagrants, and the reporter on fox said. "ONLY 1 to 2 million marchers showed up, why do you think it was not successful?"

Get your news from the internet where you have the option of many sources. Corporate owned news stations are poison .. every single one of them are a Fox News. You'll see some good journalists like Keith Olbermann calling out the bullshit on nbc but thats the rare exception and his position is precarious.That station is still run by big corporate money and thats where the loyalty ultimate lies.
It takes some digging to get to the truth , I read BBC news, Znet (various writers and intellectuals with analysis) , Info clearing house , Buzzflash.com
