I attended the Smackdown ECW Taping tonight in richmond, Virginia.
The first dark match was the blonde guy that talked alot of crap i cant remember his name vs nunzio with nunzio gettin a pin via roll up in a ECW dark match followed by the great khali vs tommy dreamer in another ecw dark match with khali gettin the pin via pinfall.
ECW led off with highlights of chavo CM Punk, Then Estrada introduced Chavo and he came to ring talked sum trash and then CM PUnk came out and estrada made the match between them too for the main event of ECW and if chavo won he would be no 1 contender for ECW title. Then miz morrison and layla had a mixed 6 man tag vs. shannon moore jimmy wang yang and kelly kelly with moore wang yang and kelly kelly gettin the win. Then sum jobber i dont remember his name came out with tazz interviewing him about his first match with shelton benjamin on a prior ecw show and then talked about how he got better since then introduced his opponent for the night Big Daddy V which was a squash match with big daddy gettin the win via pinfall. Then the Cm Punk match vs chavo was a pretty good match with CM punk gettin the win.
Then Smackdown came on with teddy long pushing Vickie Guerrero to the ramp and introducing the Coach as the new color man beside michael cole. then announcing the beat the clock competitors for the night which was Undertaker Batista
Rey Mysterio jr. and Finlay. Finlay wrestled MVP in the opening match in the beat the clock series with finlay getting the win via Hornswoggle handing him the shieliegh to hit MVP with and getting the pin. next match was a mixed tag with palumbo and mccool vs victoria and kenny dykstra with victoria hitting the widows peak on mcool for the win via pinfall and palumbo yelling at mccool for losing. Then Chavo went to Vickies office to talk about how she disgraces the guerrero family and how he missed the old times then she puts him in the beat the clock series vs funaki and chavo gets the win beatin finlays time. Batista comes out and faces the edge heads but fails to beat the clock and finishes in a no contest. duece and domino come out and face shannon moore and jimmy wang yang in a tag match with moore gettin the win via pinfall. Undertaker then enters with a beat the clock match vs matt stryker but stryker says hes not his opponent but the special referee and introduces Mark henry as his opponent.. undertaker beats him down and gets the chokeslam but stryker stops counting at 2 and a half and lets the clock run out so they battle to a no contest and taker fails to beat the clock. The Rey misterio has his beat the clock match vs edge with his edgeheads at ringside batista comes out and beats up the edge heads and stares edge down before leaving back to the dressing room then taker comes back out building goes dark and lights come back on with edge set up for the 619 rey hits it and beats the clock via pinfall over edge and rey mysterio is the new no 1 contender. after that in a dark match edge vs batista in a world title match which finishes in a dq with edge punching batista in the family jewels that results in a dq. Batista wins via dq. Then undertaker comes out and him and batista clear the ring defeat all edge and edgeheads with them walking back to the dressing room.
