- As posted by Shawn earlier, according to Ticketmaster, WWE's 2008 Royal Rumble sold out in just under five hours. It is likely WWE will put additional tickets on sale, but for now the pay-per-view event from Madison Square Garden is sold out.
- The high-definition broadcast of the Royal Rumble will be airing on digital cable, DirecTV and on iNDEMAND's HD PPV channel. The HD broadcast is priced at $49.95, instead of the usual $39.95.
- It was confirmed on last night's SmackDown that a "Beat the Clock Challenge" will begin on next week's broadcast to determine Edge's opponent for the World Heavyweight Title match at the Royal Rumble.
